Orders placed on www.Alankarstyles.com are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that order.
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the Website or at checkout at the time of your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email or phone, so you can track your shipment until it reaches you.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting it with the courier, and informing us immediately at handsomevisionlooks@gmail.com along with photos, so we can assist you promptly.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability and courier logistics, at no extra cost to you unless stated otherwise.
