1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase from ALANKAR STYLES. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations work.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
- The product is not from our non-returnable categories (see Section 3).
- You have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/special promotions.
- Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
- Eyewear that has been used, worn or has had lenses fitted, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless received defective or damaged.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at handsomevisionlooks@gmail.com or 9743751781 with your order number, reason for return and photos of the product (if damaged/defective). Our team will guide you through the pickup/shipping process.
5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, after verification.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 7–10 business days, subject to processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.
- If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we may offer store credit or a bank transfer refund, as mutually agreed.
- Any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to stock availability, within 7 days of delivery. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
- If a cancelled order was already paid for, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
9. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a reverse pickup.
